TEST BUILD · case conversations currently use dummy/non-PHI records only.
Upload the context, tell us what you’re working through, and Read will connect the case with the right clinical perspective.
Pre-op photos, scans, radiographs, treatment goals and the question behind the case.
Read routes the case to the Advisor or Artisan whose experience best fits the decision in front of you.
The discussion stays connected to the case so the clinical insight is not lost after the restoration ships.
The question, Advisor discussion, selected records, final restoration, seated result and what you learned live together instead of disappearing into separate systems.
With member permission and appropriate de-identification, selected Guidance Cases can become a clinical library organized by problem, material, treatment type and learning point.
A searchable collection of de-identified Guidance Cases built around the clinical decision—not just the restoration.

Applications move from first contact into the same Read identity used for invitation, onboarding and membership.
Keep invitations deliberate. Create the professional record first; send access only when the relationship is ready.
Withdrawn invitations and completed onboarding are kept in a searchable archive.
Activity signals help Read notice when a conversation may be useful. Each check-in explains the recorded facts behind it.
Dentists with completed onboarding and no linked first case after 14 days; no recorded activity for 30 days; or a 50% case-volume drop compared with the preceding 60 days, requiring at least six prior cases. Sign-ins, cases, sent messages, Guidance and learning count as activity. Unknown dates do not create alerts.
Case totals use linked account identities. Older records without those links may be missing. These are activity prompts for RDL review. AI sentiment detection is not enabled.
Find a practice, dentist or coordinator. Open one practice to manage its locations and team access.
Add locations, invite doctors and coordinators, then decide exactly which doctors each coordinator supports.

Their original application and Read status will appear here.
Review AI-assisted matches, select the specific Advisor, and preserve every invitation decision without mixing clinical routing into operational case work.
Prior declines remain visible with their reasons. Declining Advisors stay excluded from that case’s next invitation.
